Professional System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibility in 2nd-level support: analysing, processing and sustainably resolving system faults
Maintenance of server environments and support in cloud/Azure projects
Execution of patches, changes and releases on customer platforms
Creation and maintenance of documentation and service reports
Close collaboration in a small team (2 people) to ensure support coverage throughout the day
Participation in infrastructure and customer projects, mostly in the office (remote support, little home office)
Occasional on-site assignments at the customer
Willingness to work shifts/on-call duty and weekends
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field or equivalent professional experience
Several years of experience operating server environments (mandatory)
Broad technical knowledge in Microsoft Server, virtualisation, networks/security, backup/restore as well as Microsoft 365 / Azure
Enjoyment of long-term work in the support environment, ideally with stable professional experience
Fluent German skills, very good English skills are an advantage
Driving licence category B
