You are responsible for financial and personnel administration
You independently handle monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
You prepare reports, analyses, and evaluations for the commercial manager
You ensure correct payroll processing including social insurances and withholding taxes
You are the contact person for internal and external stakeholders (audit, authorities, insurances, etc.)
You deputise in HR as well as in finance and accounting for sister companies
You contribute to process optimisations and digitalisation projects in the finance area
Qualifications:
You have completed further training with a professional certificate in finance and accounting and have several years of professional experience, preferably in fiduciary services or industry
You are confident with financial statements and have very good payroll and VAT knowledge
You communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written
You bring solid experience with MS Office and ERP systems
You are characterised by resilience, analytical and structured thinking, as well as high discretion and reliability
