A strong IT infrastructure needs specialists who do not stop at ticket processing. We are looking for an IT specialist with a federal diploma (EFZ) with initial professional experience who understands technical contexts, enjoys solving causes rather than symptoms, and wishes to develop further in the field of Microsoft system engineering in the long term.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring reliable and secure IT operations
Managing the Microsoft system landscape throughout the entire lifecycle
Handling demanding support requests and technical fault analysis
Identifying recurring disruptions and developing sustainable solutions
Administration of user identities and access rights
Managing Microsoft 365 services and modern workplace solutions
Supporting device management with Microsoft Intune
Participating in cloud and hybrid projects
Supporting updates, rollouts, and technical changes
Monitoring systems and supporting security measures
Developing small automation solutions with PowerShell
Optimising existing IT processes and workflows
Contributing to the further development of the internal IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
IT specialist EFZ with at least 2 years of practical experience
Professional experience in IT support, service desk with a technical focus, or system engineering
Confident handling of Windows-based systems
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
Ideally, initial experience with Azure, Entra ID, or Intune
Interest in automation and PowerShell
Enjoyment in independently analysing technical challenges
Willingness to learn and ambition to continuously expand one’s own know-how
Solution-oriented and reliable working style
Willingness to take responsibility for technical matters
