Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000Our client is a Swiss industrial company focused on the production of technical products and components. Reliable material supply and efficient procurement processes form an important basis for production operations.
Role:
As a Procurement Specialist, you coordinate operational procurement and ensure a reliable material supply for production.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for operational order processing and handle material requirements in the ERP system.
You monitor delivery dates, quantities, and stocks and coordinate measures in case of shortages.
You obtain and compare offers within your area of responsibility.
You clarify price, delivery, and invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments.
You coordinate complaints and returns and maintain relevant procurement master data.
You ensure compliance with procurement processes, supplier approvals, and agreed conditions.
Qualifications:
You have a technical or commercial basic education, ideally with further training in procurement or supply chain management.
You bring experience in operational procurement, scheduling, or materials management in an industrial company.
You possess technical understanding and are confident in using ERP systems and Microsoft 365.
You have very good German skills and practical English skills.
