This fast-growing Geneva fiduciary supports a varied clientele in their accounting, payroll and administrative needs. The firm stands out through a close approach, a small team and a strong desire to evolve its working methods.
Your tasks with your new employer
- Independently manage a portfolio of accounting mandates, from bookkeeping to closing
- Prepare closing entries, financial statements and VAT returns
- Support external auditors when necessary
- Take charge of the entire payroll management process for clients
- Prepare salaries, manage social security contributions and prepare periodic and annual declarations
- Prepare annual salary certificates and ensure administrative follow-up of social insurances
- Respond to requests from various institutions and ensure file follow-up
- Advise and support clients on matters related to accounting, payroll and social insurances
You offer your new employer
- 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally gained in a fiduciary, with solid payroll management practice
- Master Swiss accounting and have good knowledge of Swiss social insurances; knowledge of labour law and social insurances is an asset
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is an advantage
- Demonstrate rigour, organisation and autonomy in managing several mandates and deadlines simultaneously
- Foster a true team spirit, mutual support and a desire to contribute to an evolving structure
- Show interest in digital tools and continuous process improvement
