Export Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Our client is an established Swiss company in the service sector with an international focus. Reliable processes, high quality standards, and responsible corporate management are central to their operations.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling and monitoring of international customer orders
Preparation and verification of all export and shipping documents
Organisation and coordination of international transports
Preparation of customs documents, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin
Communication with international customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities
Ensuring compliance with export and customs regulations
Monitoring delivery dates and processing customer enquiries
Maintenance of customer and order data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in export processing and international order handling is an advantage
Knowledge of customs procedures and preparation of export documents
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
Independent, structured, and precise working style
Strong service orientation and enjoyment of international customer contact
Teamwork, flexibility, and organisational talent
