Head of Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

Do you want to achieve more than just ensuring daily operations? As Head of Supply Chain Management, you take on a central leadership role, bring fresh ideas, and actively shape the future of logistics. You combine entrepreneurial thinking with modern technology and develop sustainable solutions together with your team.
Responsibilities:
You lead your area of responsibility, promote your employees, and strengthen collaboration within the department.
You ensure a smooth flow of goods and materials, from delivery through internal supply to dispatch both domestically and internationally, including customs matters.
You redesign operational structures and workflows and drive improvements throughout the entire goods management process.
You initiate technological innovations and accompany their implementation to increase operational efficiency.
You promote coordination between different company areas and locations and develop joint solutions.
You analyse operational performance metrics, identify the need for action, and ensure compliance with economic, quality, and safety requirements.
You act as a technical contact person for company management and support the implementation of cross-departmental projects.
Qualifications:
You are characterised by economic understanding, initiative, and a clear, practical approach.
You are well versed in goods flows, inventory management, internal goods movement, as well as national and international deliveries.
You have already integrated technological innovations into existing operational processes, including enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and machine-supported solutions.
You possess a strong numerical understanding and use operational evaluations purposefully to improve results.
You can demonstrate successfully implemented changes in operational structures and working methods.
You know how to win people over for common goals, reconcile different concerns, and convincingly represent even demanding decisions.
You have several years of experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, especially in managing goods supply and cross-departmental processes.
You have already led and promoted teams and their supervisors and impress with a collaborative approach across various company locations.
