Azure Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You don’t develop cloud platforms manually but think in automated processes, reusable modules, and clean code? Then this position offers the opportunity to design, automate, and continuously develop modern Azure infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and further develop modern Microsoft Azure infrastructures
Implementation of cloud resources with Infrastructure as Code
Development and maintenance of Terraform modules and Bicep templates
Creation of standardised and reusable cloud components
Automation of provisioning, deployment, and operational processes
Development and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines
Integration of security and compliance directly into cloud and deployment processes
Building highly available and scalable cloud architectures
Monitoring, logging, and continuous optimisation of Azure environments
Support with cloud migrations and modernisation projects
Collaboration with software development, IT operations, and architecture
Evaluation of new Azure services and modern cloud technologies
Establishment of best practices for cloud governance and Infrastructure as Code
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in cloud engineering or cloud infrastructure engineering
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Very good experience with Terraform and/or Bicep
Practical knowledge in Infrastructure as Code and automation
Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps processes
Understanding of networks, identity, security, and cloud architectures
Confident handling of Git and versioned infrastructure definitions
Analytical thinking and enjoyment of complex technical challenges
Commitment to clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions
Independent working style and interest in technological advancement
