In this role, you are responsible for the planning, implementation and support of modern IT infrastructures for our clients. You ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft environments, virtualisation solutions and network systems, assist with demanding technical challenges in 3rd-level support and actively participate in exciting IT projects. With your technical know-how, structured working style and customer orientation, you contribute to the continuous development of our clients' IT landscapes.
Responsibilities:
Support and continuous development of our client environments
Installation, configuration and administration of IT solutions based on Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Windows Client
Management and support of Microsoft 365 environments
Administration and support of VDI solutions (Citrix, VMware Horizon or Microsoft RDS)
Configuration and maintenance of Sophos firewalls
Planning and execution of maintenance work on IT systems
Support of our service desk with complex technical challenges in 3rd-level support
Participation in exciting IT projects - from planning to successful implementation
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience as a system engineer or in a comparable position
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/Client and Microsoft 365
Experience with VDI technologies such as Citrix, VMware Horizon or Microsoft RDS
Good knowledge of Sophos firewalls
Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
High initiative and strong self-organisation
Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
