Active in the public sector, our partner is currently seeking a Social Insurance Specialist, responsible for managing an experienced team and ensuring rigorous handling of cases. The working environment is collaborative and structured, conducive to professional fulfilment within a close-knit team.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You ensure the operational and human management of an experienced team, maintaining the quality and cohesion of collective work
• You independently handle social insurance cases and conduct interviews with social assistance beneficiaries with rigour and empathy
• You manage and develop the internal processes of your sector to guarantee efficiency, compliance, and continuous daily improvement
• You act as a liaison with various external partners to clarify complex situations related to ongoing cases
• You foster a spirit of collaboration within the team and contribute to maintaining a positive dynamic within the department

You offer your new employer

• You hold a commercial employee CFC complemented by a federal diploma as a social insurance specialist, or you have equivalent solid experience
• You have already held a team leadership role and know how to combine managerial rigour with closeness to your colleagues
• You are fluent in French and have good oral and written knowledge of German
• You are comfortable with common administrative management IT tools and sector-specific applications for social insurance
• You are recognised for your team spirit, your ability to assert yourself according to situations, and your strong communication skills
