You manage and optimise IT infrastructures in the areas of servers, virtualisation, backup, Azure/M365, security, and monitoring
With your experience, you analyse incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support and implement sustainable solutions
You ensure stable operation through patching, change, problem, and backup management
You actively support IT infrastructure projects and ensure up-to-date documentation
You also participate in the on-call organisation
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
Ideally, you have further training at the HF/FH IT level
You bring several years of experience as an ICT system engineer with Microsoft, Linux, and virtualisation
Knowledge of PKI, IAM, OpenShift, and scripting is an advantage
Your working style is independent, structured, and service-oriented, and you master German fluently both spoken and written
