Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a HR Generalist (m/f/d) for an internationally active industrial company. In this versatile role, you will support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle and take on a special focus in the area of personnel recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for personnel recruitment from the requirement notification to successful placement
Support of employees and managers in personnel administrative and labour law matters
Accompaniment of entries, exits, and other changes along the employee lifecycle
Preparation of employment contracts, agreements, references, and other HR documents
Participation in HR projects and the further development of HR processes
Support in the implementation and further development of HR policies and internal standards
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training with further education in human resources, ideally HR specialist with a federal certificate
Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist with solid experience in personnel recruitment
Good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
Very good user knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with common HR systems
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are an advantage
