Trust Officer (m/f/d)
Clarity in finances, structure in numbers – our Rocken partner, an established trust company, offers comprehensive services in accounting, taxes, payroll, and CFO services. With a highly automated approach and a competent expert team, SMEs and start-ups are specifically relieved. The scope of work includes complete financial accounting, payroll accounting, annual financial statements, as well as strategic advice on tax optimisation. Company formations, fiscal representation, and external CFO services are also part of the portfolio. The proactive support of clients is always central. In this role, you take your next career step and develop both professionally and personally. You take on demanding tasks in the trust sector and are responsible for precise and reliable handling of your mandates. You apply your existing expertise purposefully and continuously deepen your experience as a trust officer. You analyse complex issues, work in a structured manner, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and correctly. In this way, you actively shape your further professional development in the trust sector.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage financial and payroll accounting
- In this role, you prepare annual financial statements for your clients
- As a trust officer, you communicate daily with your clients via email, Teams, and telephone
- You proactively advise your clients and ensure all quality standards are met
- In this role, you coordinate and plan your client portfolio
- As a trust officer, you assist with budget planning and cash flow calculations
Qualifications:
- You have training in trust services, business administration, or accounting
- You have at least two years of experience in the trust sector
- You communicate fluently in German and have English skills at B2 level
- You are a willing and motivated learner
- You approach tasks with strong prioritisation skills and strategic problem-solving
- You work in a structured, conscientious manner with a pronounced sense of responsibility
