Income Manager (100%) - Permanent Contract

Salary scale : 4 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)

Location : Lausanne
Start date : 2 November 2026

Your key missions

• You analyse the financial situations of beneficiaries and determine the income to be taken into account in accordance with the legal framework and current standards.

• You process and monitor files related to various sources of income with precision and rigour.

• You undertake the necessary steps to collect income from beneficiaries, employers and relevant institutions.

• You check and validate changes recorded in management systems to ensure data reliability.

• You ensure exchanges with internal and external partners and respond to requests during telephone duty hours.

• You identify inconsistencies, report situations requiring special follow-up and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Income group’s practices.

Your profile

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.

• Good knowledge of Swiss social insurances.

• Very good command of common office software tools.

• Comfortable with numbers, analytical mind and excellent organisational skills.

• Interest in migration and a sense of public service.
