Role:
In this role, you will immerse yourself in a versatile IT landscape where you manage, secure, and continuously optimise systems. You take responsibility for a reliable IT system environment, identify vulnerabilities early, and implement appropriate security measures. You analyse existing processes, derive improvements, and coordinate their implementation with relevant stakeholders. You are responsible for monitoring systems and security infrastructures, proactively responding to incidents, and ensuring sustainable stability of the IT environment. At the same time, you contribute your expertise to shape and further develop standards, guidelines, and best practices in IT security and system management.
Responsibilities:
- You bear the technical responsibility for our modern workplace environment including endpoint security and develop it strategically.
- In this role, you operate and optimise our identity and access management solutions with conditional access, MFA, and identity protection.
- You advise our group companies on expansions and individual configurations in the workplace area.
- In this role, you analyse complex disruptions, coordinate escalations, and hand over solutions in a structured manner to the 2nd-level support.
- You act as a sparring partner in the engineering team and bring your know-how into projects and design decisions.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ
- 3-5 years of experience in the modern workplace environment with Intune including MDM, EntraID security stack, operation of AVD, software packaging, and 2nd-level support
- Experience in 3rd-level support in demanding IT environments
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to travel about 10%
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with commitment, innovative mindset, and strong team spirit
