Our claims service is the central service area to fulfil our performance promise to our customers. In this position, you proactively and straightforwardly support our clients in the event of a claim. 

Your Impact with Us

The focus of your work is the optimal support of our customers in the event of a claim - from notification to completion.

You skilfully apply your expertise and strong service orientation throughout the entire process and thus provide customers with confidence regarding claims handling. You maintain close communication with your team and, in the event of a claim, with all parties involved. If desired, you also have the opportunity to inspect the damage directly on site in more complex cases and influence the decision-making process. 

Your Profile

• Federal commercial training
• Extensive professional experience in claims handling
• Insurance intermediary VBV or insurance specialist certificate
• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Solution-oriented action and networked thinking
• Independent, responsible and proactive personality
• Flawless German language skills, both spoken and written.

Your workplace is in Olten, with the possibility of partial home office work by arrangement. 

The Insurance Supervision Act requires the completion of the insurance intermediary VBV, Non-Life profile, to perform this function.
