Are you looking for a responsible position in building construction where you can apply your leadership skills and construction knowledge? As a Construction Manager Building Construction 80-100% with our Rocken partner, you will take on the management and coordination of exciting construction projects. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of demanding construction projects and to demonstrate your organisational talent.
Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of construction projects in building construction from planning to completion
- Monitoring of construction execution and ensuring compliance with quality standards and schedules
- Coordination of construction work with various trades and subcontractors
- Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring occupational safety
- Processing construction requests and change orders as well as coordinating with project participants
- Responsibility for adherence to budget requirements and control of construction costs
- Reporting to project management and documenting construction progress
Qualifications:
- Completed studies or training in building construction, ideally as a construction manager or site manager
- Several years of professional experience in building construction and solid knowledge in construction management
- Experience in coordinating construction projects and dealing with various construction trades
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to lead teams
- Very good German language skills spoken and written
