Internal Communication Specialist

• You further develop our internal communication – with the goal of strengthening employee satisfaction.
• From the employee newspaper to digital storytelling to new formats: you design our editorial offerings to be versatile and target group appropriate.
• You put our employees and their stories at the centre – with authentic portraits, reports, interviews, and background stories.
• In close exchange with departments, managers, and employees, you discover exciting stories and develop content that moves people.
• You plan, coordinate, and produce content with external partners for strong visual worlds and emotional storytelling with high editorial and visual quality.

• You bring several years of experience in internal communication, journalism, corporate publishing, or a comparable editorial role.
• With your pronounced sense for storytelling, you authentically and understandably put people and their achievements in the spotlight.
• You have experience using AI and use it purposefully to support editorial tasks and the production of various content formats.
• Your strong visual skills are evident in a confident sense of imagery, layout, and design.
• You have strong project management skills and enjoy further developing communication formats and boldly trying out new ideas – whether digital, analogue, or hybrid.
