Our approximately 100 operations are rented within a real estate portfolio with assets and management of around CHF 2.5 billion from various owners. Tertianum itself does not own any real estate but is responsible for its maintenance and upkeep. Due to the retirement of the long-standing incumbent, the Property Management & Security team is looking for a new person for this position.

Facility Manager HF as Regional Specialist Responsibility Property Management & Security 80-100 %

In your region, you represent the Group’s Property Management & Security and advocate for the needs of the managing directors and technical services. In particular, regarding replacement investments, you correspond with colleagues, owner representatives, and suppliers. You ensure the efficient implementation of the Group-wide requirements and standards in your region.

Your tasks

• Commercial and organisational management of your own portfolio of more than 20 properties
• Managing budgets and investment planning at the individual locations
• Advising and supporting managing directors and technical services during the procurement phases of new and replacement investments
• Participation in or leading owner negotiations
• Training managing directors and technical services in the field of security and fire protection (ASGS)
• Security and fire protection auditing at the locations
• Technical leadership of the employees of the technical service
• Control, monitoring, and maintenance of systems and building services engineering

Your profile

• Facility Manager HF or similar qualification with a focus on technology / building technology
• Several years of professional experience in the commercial and organisational management of real estate and occupational safety
• Strong negotiation skills, organisational talent, and advanced IT knowledge (especially MS Office)
• The ability to navigate complex issues
• Good oral and written knowledge of German and Italian (native German and foreign language Italian B2/C1 or vice versa)
• SIBE and fire protection training is an advantage

In your region, you represent the group’s property management and security and commit yourself to meeting the needs of the managing directors and technical services. In particular, regarding replacement investments, you correspond with colleagues, owner representatives, and suppliers. You ensure the efficient implementation of the group-wide directives and standards in your region.

Your profile

• Facility Manager HF or similar training with a focus on technology / building technology
• Several years of professional experience in the commercial and organisational management of real estate and occupational safety
• Strong negotiation skills, organisational talent, and in-depth IT knowledge (especially MS Office)
• Ability to navigate complex issues
• Good oral and written knowledge of Italian and German (native Italian and foreign language German B2/C1 or vice versa)
• SIBE and fire protection training is an advantage
