Do you want to apply your technical knowledge purposefully and actively help shape the regulations? Together with Engin and his four-member team, you will optimise SYRIUS for inventory and performance processes. We look forward to your application as a Business Analyst (a).

What to expect

• Gathering and analysing business requirements, modelling business processes, and implementing specialist specifications
• Ensuring successful integration of new solutions into existing processes and systems through configuration, testing, and implementation
• Fixing errors through configuration and reporting software anomalies and requirements to the software manufacturer
• Advising specialist departments and end-users in second- and third-level support and collaborating interdisciplinarily

What you bring

• Degree (ETH/University/FH) in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Very good analytical and technical understanding as well as logical thinking skills
• Solid experience in programming, business analysis and/or requirements engineering; experience with configuration and/or customising of business applications is an advantage
• Interest in learning about health insurance and the SYRIUS software; experience with SYRIUS is an advantage
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
