Role:
Modern workplaces rely on devices that simply work. This is exactly where you come in and, as an ICT Workplace Engineer, further develop the Windows client and mobile landscape within Microsoft 365 (M365) technically. With Microsoft Intune, you centrally manage devices and keep them secure. You automate recurring processes with PowerShell. This creates a platform that employees can rely on every day.
Responsibilities:
You develop configuration profiles, compliance policies, and endpoint security settings for Android, Windows, and iOS, thereby hardening the devices.
You independently package software and roll it out automatically via Intune.
Furthermore, you plan feature and quality updates, manage update rings, and ensure reliable patch management.
You investigate persistent errors in enrolment, deployments, or client configurations in 2nd and 3rd level support and find the root cause through root cause analysis.
On- and offboarding, license assignments, and permissions run automatically thanks to your scripts, as do many other administrative routines.
Additionally, you support OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, implement migrations and lifecycle changes, and refine operational concepts and documentation.
Qualifications:
You have at least 3 years of experience in endpoint, client, or workplace engineering.
You know Intune inside out, including device enrolment, MAM, MDM, as well as compliance and security policies.
The automated deployment of Windows 11 and Windows 10 with Windows Autopilot is part of your practical experience.
In addition, you bring solid know-how in software deployments, update management with Windows Update for Business, and endpoint security technologies.
You understand how identity, security, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 services interact and use PowerShell purposefully for automations.
You tackle complex problems analytically and with initiative, communicate precisely in German, and read English technical documentation effortlessly.
