Participate in the energy transition of Swiss communities by joining a multidisciplinary company offering a business model of local energy independence based exclusively on renewable resources. Innergia offers each municipality and its citizens the opportunity to group together to locally produce and distribute the thermal and electrical energy they need using the resources available in their municipal territory through the construction of self-financed conversion infrastructures. For this purpose, a Communal Industrial Services (SIC) SA company is created.

Within the company, you will collaborate transversally with the technical, commercial, and business development teams. You report directly to the Director of Administration and Finance.

Mission

• Preparation of financial plans (FP) for projects
• Financial monitoring of projects in execution
• Management of SICs: Creation / Financial management / Risk management
• Support in the management of human resources and company finances

Profile

• Bachelor/master in economics from a University of Applied Sciences (business management) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years
• Curiosity and adaptability in an innovative company
• Sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Rigorous, organised, detail-oriented and with good synthesis skills
• Passionate about the energy transition and energy in general
• Knowledge of German is a plus
