RickenbachYour Tasks
- You are responsible for the preparation and delivery of DaZ lessons for adults to promote linguistic, social and professional integration: Levels A1 to B1 according to the CEFR.
- You design your lessons according to the needs and potentials of the course participants – differentiated and individualised.
- You specifically promote the learning strategies and work techniques of the course participants.
- You conduct progress discussions with the course participants.
- You take on administrative tasks such as attendance monitoring, report creation and case-related documentation.
- You work in a team, attend meetings and ensure smooth internal and external information flow.
Your Profile
- SVEB Certificate Trainer or Certificate Language Course Instructor in the Integration Area or equivalent training in adult education
- Several years of experience in adult education, ideally in the field of second language acquisition and with a comparable target group
- Confident handling of MS Office and administrative IT systems
- Very good German skills (min. C1) in spoken and written form
- Independent, resilient and flexible personality with strong communication and intercultural competence
