Currently, a Financial and Accounting Specialist (50-80%) is sought to contribute to accounting, invoicing, financial statements, and other finance topics. Your tasks with the new employer:
- You are responsible for ongoing financial, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting, ensuring a consistently up-to-date data basis through accurate postings, account reconciliations, and reliable processes
- Monthly invoicing includes the correct posting of incoming payments, recording of creditor documents, as well as careful preparation and execution of payment runs
- You support monthly and annual closing tasks, prepare VAT returns, and contribute to payroll accounting including social security notifications and year-end processing
- Maintaining master data in the ERP system and coordinating between construction and financial accounting complete your daily business, whereby you may also take on taxes, valuations, and special clarifications depending on experience
You offer your new employer:
- Ideally, you have a commercial basic education or alternatively bring many years of solid professional experience in accounting and finance
- Further training in finance and accounting, for example as an accounting clerk or with a federal diploma, is advantageous for this versatile role
- Good user knowledge of Abacus is important, Messerli is a plus; experience with comparable ERP or construction software solutions such as SORBA, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics facilitates the start
- With your precise, independent, and structured way of working, you keep an overview even with multiple topics and at the same time convince as a communicative, reliable team player personality
