Your tasks with the new employer:

• You independently manage the financial accounting and control accounts receivable and accounts payable from posting to reconciliation, ensuring that payment flows, open items, and accounts remain clearly traceable at all times
• With a confident view of liquidity and deadlines, you monitor incoming payments, plan due obligations, and handle dunning procedures consistently, courteously, and with the necessary tact
• Payroll accounting as well as the preparation and processing of VAT returns are also part of your daily routine, where discretion, accuracy, and a reliable handling of sensitive data are central
• For monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, you bring structure to the figures, prepare meaningful documents, and work so precisely that internal contacts can always rely on reliable financial data

You offer your new employer:

• Ideally, you have a commercial basic education, although applicants with practical training and many years of solid professional experience in accounting are also very welcome
• Further training in accounting, such as accounting clerk or financial and accounting specialist, is an advantage and supports you in confidently handling more demanding closing topics
• Several years of experience in financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and VAT as well as very good Excel skills are required; experience with SAGE and comparable solutions such as Abacus, Bexio, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
