A hands-on role at the heart of major security projects

Securi360, a specialised brand of Securitas SA, is looking for a Head of Technical Operations and Project Management.

You support clients in the development of their security systems, manage technical projects through to their operational deployment, and supervise the 360 Site Managers.
 

Your mission

You act as the link between clients’ needs, technical solutions, and the teams responsible for their operation. Your independent perspective from manufacturers allows you to propose interoperable, sustainable solutions tailored to the constraints of each site.

In this capacity, you:

• Supervise the 360 Site Managers and support their development.
• Provide your expertise in complex situations, arbitrations, and escalations.
• Translate clients’ needs into functional requirements and coordinate integrators.
• Manage technical projects and project management assistance missions, controlling quality, risks, costs, and the lifecycle of installations.
• Lead tenders, testing, acceptance, and the handover of solutions to operational teams.
  

Your profile

• Higher education HES/ES or equivalent background.
• Proven experience in technical security, Facility Management, or project management, ideally 8 to 10 years, gained on complex or multi-site locations.
• Strong skills in intrusion alarm systems (IAS), video surveillance systems (VSS), access control, intercom, and supervision.
• Good understanding of IT/OT architectures and interoperability challenges. Experience with tenders, budgets, testing, and acceptance.
• Leadership, cross-functional coordination skills, and ability to develop teams.
• Knowledge of SIA 112 and principles of SIA 108.
• Project management certification is an asset.
• French at C1/C2 level and English at B2/C1 level.
   

We offer

• Workplace: Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland, with occasional travel within Switzerland
• Work rate: 95%.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm
• Salary: fixed salary paid over 13 months, positioned above usual market standards
• Annual bonus: linked to individual performance, potentially reaching the equivalent of a 14th salary.
