We are looking for a new Clerk for the Outpatient Billing Team within the Billing Service Center Bern.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for tariff-compliant billing (of several clinics) of medical services in the area of outpatient and partial inpatient treatments
- You also record medical services punctually and check them against valid tariffs and contracts
- Ensuring efficient data transfer between different systems (interface processing)
- You are the contact person for complex cases in day-to-day business
- Written and telephone communication with cost bearers, partner doctors, patients and internal employees is also part of your duties
- Supporting supervisors with individually arising tasks
- Assisting with the induction of new employees
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed commercial and/or basic medical training
- You bring several years of professional experience in healthcare or insurance
- Sound knowledge in TARMED, TARDOC, KVG and UVG distinguishes you
- Very good MS Office skills are a matter of course for you; SAP IS-H knowledge is an advantage
- Your abilities in independent work, networked thinking, social competence and sense of responsibility complete your profile
- Last but not least, your German language skills in spoken and written form are at a native level
