Building Services Planner HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
As a Building Services Planner HVAC, you create technical planning documents for demanding building services projects and accompany these from planning to commissioning. In close collaboration with project management, you ensure the optimal integration of HVAC systems and support customers with technical queries even after project completion.
Responsibilities:
Creation of detailed technical drawings and specifications for HVAC systems, including pipe layouts, assembly instructions, and installation details
Close cooperation with project management to ensure optimal integration of building services into the overall concept
Supervision of construction execution as well as control of proper installation and commissioning of HVAC systems
Ensuring compliance with applicable planning guidelines, standards, and regulations
Technical support and advice to customers on questions, adjustments, and optimisations after project completion
Participation in digital planning processes and further development of BIM working methods
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Building Services Planner or higher education in the field of building services engineering
Several years of experience in digital planning with Trimble Nova and/or Revit
Interest in further development in the field of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Solid technical understanding of building services systems
Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and OneNote
Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for working in a young and dynamic team
Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as resilience and flexibility
