IT Systems Engineer - Field Support (m/f/d)

Conducting fault analyses and technical troubleshooting remotely and on-site
Maintenance and further development of server, client and network environments
Configuration of switches, routers, firewalls and virtual systems
Installation and maintenance of technical applications, sensors and interfaces
Implementation of system updates, maintenance and technical documentation
Qualifications:
Training in computer science, systems engineering or comparable technical qualification
Practical experience with Windows, Linux, networks and virtualisation
Good understanding of IT infrastructures and technical systems
High independence, problem-solving skills and enjoyment of practical tasks
Good German language skills, strong customer orientation and driving licence category B
