Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Role:
The company is an internationally oriented financial service provider specialising in the structuring, launch and administration of investment funds and other investment vehicles.
Specialists work on demanding national and international mandates, coordinating various stakeholders such as asset managers, investors, custodian banks, regulatory authorities and other financial market partners.
Due to the international orientation and activity in various European fund jurisdictions, a dynamic environment arises where regulatory know-how, analytical thinking and a strong understanding of financial markets come together.
Responsibilities:
Your main task is the operational management of the financial accounting of several group and client companies, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
You coordinate the preparation of payment runs and ensure they are processed correctly and on time.
You prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders and continuously develop existing reporting structures.
You efficiently use Excel analyses, templates and other finance solutions and question existing applications regarding optimisation potential.
Together with internal departments, you analyse requirements and develop functional and practical finance tools.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship and the federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting or are close to completing it.
You have practical experience in operational accounting and are familiar with the various process steps of accounting.
Very good Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and automations are among your strengths.
Your analytical and structured way of thinking helps you not only to execute processes but also to develop them purposefully.
You have a technical flair and enjoy making finance applications and workflows more efficient.
You have confident German language skills.
