• You coordinate and review applications comprehensively in the specialist areas of spatial planning, road law and water construction law and carry out the necessary balancing of interests.
• In doing so, you handle applications in various building law procedures - from preliminary clarifications and design plans to building and special permit applications and appeals.
• With professional sensitivity and clear language, you get to the heart of complex matters and draft cantonal decisions and statements.
• In collaboration with internal specialists, you ensure efficient resolution for decisions.
• As a central interface between municipalities and the canton, you promote exchange between all parties involved and ensure that building procedures are transparent and organised.

• You preferably have a qualification in the construction technical field (e.g. timber construction technician, structural draughtsperson, architect) - or training in public administration with a building law background.
• Ideally, you bring experience in building planning, administration or public law. You know the basics of spatial planning, planning and building law as well as road, water construction or water protection law or are willing to acquire the building and procedural law knowledge.
• Clear, confident and audience-appropriate formulation and communication - both written and oral - characterise you.
• Digital work tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, GIS) are part of your daily work, and you use them purposefully to work efficiently and clearly.
