Chemical & Pharmaceutical Technologist in Shift Work - Chromatography (m/f/d) 100% (PMC III)

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in Chromatography, we are looking for a committed Chemical & Pharmaceutical Technologist in Shift Work (m/f/d), full-time.

Your tasks:

• Perform chemical process steps in the production environment (e.g. cyclisation, decarboxylation, folding, distillation) according to manufacturing instructions
• Preparation and handling of buffers, solutions, solvents, active ingredients, and suspensions including presenting/withdrawing process solutions according to HVO
• Filtration of process and product solutions as well as packing/unpacking chromatography columns including preparation of column suspensions
• Process control including scanning, weighing, calibrating pH meters, pH adjustment, sampling, and registration for analytics
• Operation of automation systems (SIMATIC PCS7 / PAX X, WinCC, SIMATIC Batch) as well as basic understanding of displacement and centrifugal pumps

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ (or equivalent) or at least 3 years of professional experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical production environment
• Solid understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) as well as a strong safety and quality awareness
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work in a shift model: 3-3-3 (3 early - 3 late - 3 off) as well as 6-4 shift system (6 days work - 4 days off)
• Ideally experience in a GMP-regulated environment and handling production equipment and reactors
• Knowledge of HPLC, ultrafiltration (UF/DF), or electronic batch records (e.g. PAS-X) is advantageous
• Interest in continuous improvement (5S) and process development
