Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) Permanent Contract at 60–80%

Located in Crémines, Résidence Les Aliziers SA includes 47 nursing home beds, a day centre as well as 9 protected apartments. To complete our multidisciplinary team, we are looking for a motivated Community Health and Care Assistant eager to commit long-term to elderly people.

Your mission

• Provide basic and medical-technical care adapted to the needs of residents;
• Contribute to maintaining their autonomy, well-being and quality of life;
• Observe their health status and ensure accurate reporting in the electronic file;
• Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and participate in care projects.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence as Community Health and Care Assistant or equivalent recognised qualification in Switzerland;
• Strong interest in supporting elderly people;
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, listening skills and adaptability;
• Comfortable with common IT tools; knowledge of Carefolio is an asset;
• Availability for irregular hours, some weekends and public holidays;
• Category B driving licence.
