Project Manager / Architect (m/f/d)
Role:
Are you looking for a challenge with diverse and demanding construction projects? In this role, you plan and realise complex leisure, sports and health infrastructures. You take responsibility across all project phases and contribute to creating innovative facilities that are used and appreciated by a broad public. You successfully bring in your expertise, creativity and project management know-how.
Responsibilities:
- You lead demanding swimming pool and wellness projects from the initial idea to commissioning
- In this role, you coordinate architects, specialist planners, authorities, clients and contractors
- As project manager, you ensure that complex requirements result in functional and sustainable facilities
- You develop solutions for unique projects that have no predefined specifications
- In this role, you work closely with various stakeholders to achieve common goals
- You take responsibility for the successful implementation of leisure and sports buildings
Qualifications:
- You have training as an architect or a comparable qualification in construction
- You bring experience in planning or project management of construction projects
- You enjoy responsibility and direct customer contact
- You work independently and in a structured manner
- You are interested in specialising in a unique field
- You are looking for a challenge where you can apply your skills
