Locksmith Repair Technician (m/f)

Your mission

You will intervene directly at our clients’ premises to provide repair and locksmith services, including:

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs.
• Replacement and repair of locks, cylinders, and locking systems.
• Working on various types of doors and locking systems.
• Repair and maintenance of garage doors.
• Providing professional customer service and presenting maintenance contracts.
• Occasional support to workshop colleagues.

Profile sought

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Switzerland in this field
• Essential experience in a repair service (locksmithing, closures, doors, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of locksmithing and locking systems.
• Good command of garage doors and their electric motors.
• Autonomous, organised, and able to work alone in the field.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service sense.
• Driving licence essential.
• Good presentation and professional attitude.
• Fluent French.
