For one of our clients, a Swiss group established for several decades, active in a constantly evolving sector strongly focused on innovation and digitalisation, we are looking for a 100% Accounting Manager.

Your tasks with your new employer

• Manage the accounting and financial activities of the various entities as well as the monitoring of mandates entrusted to the company
• Supervise closing work and ensure the reliability of accounts, including in the context of consolidation
• Organise and monitor the interventions of external auditors and ensure exchanges with the various involved stakeholders
• Develop accounting tools and working methods to improve their efficiency and daily use
• Implement and develop financial reporting intended for Management to facilitate monitoring and analysis of results
• Identify optimisation opportunities and contribute to the standardisation of accounting and financial practices between the different entities

You offer your new employer

• Hold a higher education qualification in finance and accounting, a federal diploma or an equivalent recognised title
• Have several years of experience in the accounting field; experience in fiduciary services or in an environment composed of several companies is an advantage
• Be comfortable with accounting software and ERP systems
• Have already participated in the creation or improvement of dashboards and financial monitoring tools
• Possess good knowledge of cost accounting and ideally have worked with a cost centre organisation
• Be able to independently manage exchanges and work related to audits and reviews
• Have experience in team management and appreciate supporting and developing employees
• Have perfect command of French; knowledge of German would be an asset
