You design and optimise modern workplace platforms based on private cloud VDI and multi-cloud architectures and ensure their reliable operation.
You develop standardised service and product models, orienting yourself to the individual customer requirements and translate these into scalable solutions.
You support IT project managers in technical planning and assist in the successful implementation of complex infrastructure projects.
You realise demanding private cloud and multi-cloud projects and take on the technical implementation of customer-specific workplace solutions.
You handle complex cases in 3rd-level support, investigate complex error patterns and ensure the stability of the underlying system architectures.
Qualifications:
You have completed a computer science education, a corresponding further training or have several years of relevant professional experience in the technical IT environment.
You bring practical experience with virtual desktop infrastructure, especially Citrix and VMware Horizon, as well as with virtualisation and Veeam Backup.
You possess sound knowledge of Windows Server and modern Windows client operating systems and are familiar with their administration.
You have comprehensive know-how in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender and multi-cloud technologies.
You work independently, methodically and analytically, communicate confidently in German and well in English and appreciate constructive collaboration in the team.
