Our client is a specialised consultancy for HR digitalisation, HR transformation and modern HR systems. The company supports clients in the introduction, optimisation and further development of HR solutions and assists them with complex transformation projects.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced HRM IT Project Manager (m/f/d) who successfully manages demanding client projects and acts as a trusted partner at management level.
- Management of HR system implementations and transformation projects (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable solutions)
- Management of project teams, stakeholders and external service providers
- Responsibility for budget, resources, deadlines and quality
- Conducting workshops and coordination with HR, IT and business managers
- Analysis and optimisation of HR processes
- Support in presales activities, proposal preparation and client development
- Ensuring professional communication with clients and management
- Successful management of complex software or implementation projects
- Sound knowledge of modern HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable)
- Experience in stakeholder management at management and C-level
- Knowledge of agile project methods (Scrum, SAFe, Agile Delivery)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German and English skills
- High level of personal responsibility and short decision-making paths

Profile
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in HR IT, HR transformation or digitalisation projects- Successful management of complex software or implementation projects

- Experience in stakeholder management at management and C-level
- Knowledge of agile project methods (Scrum, SAFe, Agile Delivery)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
