Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a trained professional as a Building Technology Electrician for versatile installation, service, and maintenance work. You will independently carry out new installations, repairs, and electrical fault rectifications and assist with the commissioning of electrical and HVAC systems. Additionally, you will take on tasks in material management, technical documentation, and reporting. The role combines classic electrical installation with interfaces to modern HVAC and building technology.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of electrical installations in new construction, conversion, and renovation projects
Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair work on electrical systems and installations
Systematic fault finding, error diagnosis, and fault rectification on electrical systems
Support with commissioning of electrical and HVAC systems and performing functional checks
Installation and connection of switching, control, regulation, and field components of building technology
Conducting measurements and inspections on electrical installations in accordance with applicable safety regulations
Coordination and execution of material orders for installation, repair, and service work
Updating revision documents, electrical schematics, and customer documentation
Preparation of work reports, measurement documents, and performance records
Technical coordination with project management, service technicians, and HVAC specialists
Ensuring professional execution in accordance with NIN, NIV, and ESTI guidelines
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as Electrician EFZ, Assembly Electrician EFZ or ESTI-recognised professional qualification
Professional experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and fault rectification
Knowledge of NIN/NIV and relevant Swiss electrical regulations
Basic knowledge of HVAC, control, and building technology is an advantage
Experience handling revision documents, electrical schematics, reports, and measurements
Good German language skills for technical documentation and work assignments
Valid Category B driving licence
