Technical Order Processing (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Direct telephone and written contact in German and French with customers, suppliers and our plants
- Complete order processing in the service business such as offers, order confirmations, invoices, credit notes and orders
- Monitoring delivery dates, following up on offers
- Creating import and export documents
- General administrative tasks
- Deputising for the Head of Customer Service during their absence
- Assisting in the planning of service deployments
- Administrative support for service technicians
- Assisting in the warehouse, e.g. preparing and storing materials, creating packages and shipping materials
- Processing returns and repairs
Qualifications:
Technical training with additional commercial training or commercial training with work experience in the technical field or a strong technical flair
Knowledge of SAP is desirable
Independent, precise, reliable and quality-conscious working style
High communication and teamwork skills
Good MS Office skills are a prerequisite
Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
