Job Description
As part of a one-year contract, we are looking for a Retail Education Specialist.
You will be responsible for designing and deploying engaging digital training content, while managing an international retail community to encourage adoption and impact of learning initiatives. You will actively contribute to the development of boutique teams and the excellence of the network.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Design varied digital training content (e-learning, micro-learning, videos, interactive modules, podcasts, quizzes, etc.)
- Define and manage a content roadmap aligned with retail needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and prioritise relevant content
- Ensure editorial, visual consistency and user experience in line with the brand’s DNA
- Structure and animate a community of retail ambassadors to stimulate engagement
- Implement animation mechanics (challenges, digital events, best practices)
- Organise workshops, gather field needs and co-create training pathways
- Manage LMS administration for the department
- Oversee communication and performance tracking (engagement, impact, improvement recommendations)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in instructional design, digital learning, digital communication or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in digital training or learning content
- Proficiency with content creation tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, EasyGenerator, video, motion design, etc.)
- Knowledge of CSOD is a plus
- Good understanding of retail challenges and boutique environments
- Sensitivity to the standards of excellence in the haute horlogerie sector
- Creativity, design sense and capacity for innovation
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
- Fluent French and English required (any other language is a plus)
