- In case of vehicle malfunctions, you provide expert first-level support so that train staff can, if possible, resolve malfunctions independently.
- You ensure that interventions can be successfully carried out during ongoing operations.
- With precise malfunction reports, you enable efficient fault rectifications, even if the vehicle cannot be repaired immediately during operations.
- With your expertise as well as your supportive and helpful manner, you are an important cog in our complex operation. To promote expertise and practical relevance, occasional assignments in diagnostics, customer accompaniment, train operation or maintenance can be undertaken by arrangement.
- As you are usually the first point of contact, you also contribute to our staff feeling safe and well cared for.

- Your authentic, customer-oriented and helpful manner as well as the ability to act thoughtfully even under pressure distinguish you.
- You have good technical knowledge of rolling stock and operational processes as well as enjoyment in using IT systems such as SAP, diagnostic tools and video telephony. If you have skills as a vehicle diagnostician, train attendant or train driver, we are happy to explore possibilities for replacements in your previous field of activity.
- You bring willingness for shift work as well as professional and personal development.
- A training as a customer attendant, train driver, maintenance technician at the railway or an equivalent qualification (e.g. three-year EFZ apprenticeship in a technical field) is desired, ideally with several years of professional experience.
- Fluent German skills (C1) and good knowledge of French or Italian (B2).
