Project Lead Architect (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced individual for the overall project management of demanding building construction projects of various sizes and complexities. You will lead internal and external planning teams through all SIA phases 21-53 while keeping design, technology, costs, deadlines, and project goals in comprehensive view. In addition to operational project management, you will play a central role in client consulting, authority coordination, and economic project management. Modern planning methods with Archicad, 3D and BIM support you in efficient and quality-oriented project execution.
Responsibilities:
Independent overall project management of building construction projects of various sizes and uses
Managing projects through the SIA phases 21-53 from strategic planning to realisation and handover
Leading and coordinating internal and external planning teams, specialist planners and experts
Responsibility for achieving project goals regarding quality, costs, deadlines and planning reliability
Professional consulting and support of clients as well as preparation of relevant decision-making bases
Coordination of approval processes and representation of projects towards authorities and specialist offices
Managing project budgets, cost estimates, forecasts and post-calculations
Development and coordination of project, approval, execution and detailed planning
Ensuring interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services and construction execution
Application and further development of BIM and 3D planning processes with Archicad
Conducting project controlling and risk management as well as early initiation of necessary control measures
Contributing to the optimisation of digital planning, project management and quality assurance processes
Qualifications:
Degree as Architect ETH/FH, Civil Engineer FH or Certified Technician HF or comparable construction-technical education
Several years of project management experience in Swiss building construction with responsibility for demanding construction projects
Solid planning experience across the SIA phases 21-53
Very good knowledge of Archicad, 3D planning and BIM
Experience in cost planning, project controlling and economic project management
Thorough knowledge of Swiss planning, approval and construction processes
Very good German language skills spoken and written
