Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will take professional care of customers in internal sales and ensure efficient processing of orders. You create quotations, process orders, and coordinate appointments and deliveries. Additionally, you maintain the relevant master data and ensure that all information is recorded completely and correctly. You maintain close communication with internal interfaces and contribute to smooth processes through your structured and service-oriented work. As a professional in this field, you bring your experience to continuously optimise workflows and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- You support B2B customers in the German-speaking and Western Switzerland regions in internal sales
- In this role, you process customer orders in German and Italian
- As an internal sales employee, you conduct written correspondence in German and Italian
- You act as a hub between customers and production
- In this role, you participate in projects
Qualifications:
- You have completed basic training with commercial or technical further education
- You have good spoken German skills
- You work independently, reliably, and accurately
- You are a team-oriented and positive person
- You demonstrate a high level of commitment and engagement
- You are confident in using ERP systems
