IT Support Engineer - Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Support of customers in 1st and 2nd level support by phone, remote and on site
Setup, configuration and administration of Windows clients, peripheral devices and mobile devices
Provision and commissioning of hardware and software directly at the customer
Support with Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace and Unified Communications as well as with technical faults
Participation in rollouts, migrations, cloud introductions and customer projects including documentation of the supported environments
Qualifications:
Completed training as IT specialist EFZ platform development or ICT specialist EFZ; school leavers also welcome
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace and cloud technologies
Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact
Analytical, structured and independent working style with professional appearance and high team spirit
Very good German skills, English an advantage, category B driving licence; Microsoft certifications an advantage; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
