What to expect
In this role, you are responsible for the strategic management, governance and transformation of the HR area. As a central control instance, you coordinate the collaboration between the HR units and work closely with the Head of HR.
What you will achieve with us
You further develop the HR strategy, ensure consistency between workforce, capability, talent and technology strategies, and derive a clear HR target picture from the corporate strategy. In doing so, you develop and define decision-making logics, prioritisation mechanisms and governance structures.
You are responsible for the HR transformation roadmap and manage the transformation portfolio. This includes defining target images, milestones and success criteria as well as monitoring and reporting to the Head of HR and the HR leadership team. You also coordinate collaboration between the HR units and ensure that all initiatives are integrated into a consistent overall model.
You prepare strategic decision-making bases for the Head of HR, manage strategic dossiers and cross-departmental initiatives, and moderate complex decision-making processes. In doing so, you further develop strategic initiatives and governance mechanisms and increasingly take on cross-functional management tasks. You are responsible for the strategy, governance and transformation of the HR organisation as an integrated overall system.
