In this versatile role, you actively participate in the administrative management of Human Resources and provide reliable support to employees as well as to the HR Generalist.
To strengthen our team during a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for someone available for a fixed-term contract from 15 October 2026 to 31 August 2027.
This assignment is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team, apply your HR and administrative skills, and develop your experience in a versatile environment.
Your main responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Administrative management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to departure
- Preparation of employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and various HR correspondence
- Management and monitoring of absences and holidays
- Participation in organising events for company staff
- Monitoring social insurances and administrative procedures related to employees
- Support in recruitment processes
- Responding to common employee HR enquiries
- Salary management in collaboration with the HR Generalist
- Collaboration on various tasks and projects within the HR department
- Contributing to the organisation of internal and external training
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar human resources role in Switzerland
- Very good knowledge of HR practices and Swiss labour law
- Experience in payroll processing (Abacus is a real asset)
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Very good proficiency in common IT tools, especially Excel
- Organised, rigorous, and autonomous personality with an excellent sense of confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and a true service spirit
- Swiss nationality or valid work permit
