You take on the project management and site supervision of timber construction projects
You coordinate resources, construction personnel and subcontractors
You monitor deadlines, costs, quality and safety standards on site
You conduct construction meetings, inspections and coordination meetings
You review construction plans, execution drawings and specifications
You ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
You prepare construction and project reports for internal and external parties
Qualifications:
Completed training as Dipl. Construction Manager HF, Timber Construction Technician HF or equivalent
Several years of experience in project and site management in timber construction
Sound knowledge of construction planning, timber construction and building regulations
Experience in leading teams and subcontractors
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Team spirit, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
Driving licence category B
