Datacentre Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
Powerful IT infrastructures are created through intelligent platforms and reliable technologies. We are looking for an infrastructure professional who develops modern datacentre solutions and ensures the stable operation of business-critical systems.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the operation of complex virtualisation and storage platforms
Further development of VMware, NetApp and Veeam solutions
Design and implementation of modern backup and recovery strategies
Optimisation of the datacentre infrastructure in terms of performance and availability
Integration of new storage and virtualisation technologies
Automation of recurring operational processes
Participation in infrastructure, cloud and migration projects
Conducting performance analyses and capacity planning
Collaboration with cloud, network and security specialists
Qualifications:
Professional experience in datacentre or infrastructure engineering
Sound knowledge of VMware, Veeam, NetApp or comparable enterprise solutions
Experience with storage, backup, virtualisation and server platforms
Understanding of modern hybrid cloud architectures
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Interest in innovative infrastructure and automation technologies
