Senior Workplace Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Ensure personal 1st level support and 2nd level support for executives and management
Support Windows PCs, notebooks, and iOS-based mobile devices
Assist users with Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration solutions
Provide technical support for management meetings and hybrid events and coordinate support requests
Comply with IT security, data protection, and compliance requirements and collaborate with international IT teams
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in client, workplace, or executive IT support
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and iOS
High service orientation as well as discreet, trustworthy, and reliable working style
Very good German and good English skills as well as structured and independent working style
